Albert Hammond, the one hit wonder "It Never Rains In Southern California" guy co-wrote the Hollies hit "The Air That I Breathe". Lee Hazlewood, the other writer, wrote "These Boots Are Made for Walking" and other cool 60s hits.
Albert's got more cred than you might think. His son, Albert Hammond, Jr is a member of indie rock group, The Strokes.
