Southwest Surprises Flight To Hawaii With Free Ukuleles & Lessons

When passengers boarded the plane for a recent Southwest Airlines flight from Long Beach, California, to Honolulu, each passenger found a brand new ukulele in their seat. Guitar Center worked with the airline to arrange the surprise and then provided what they claim was the “first ever in-flight ukulele lesson” during the six-hour flight. Passengers were taught how to play “Hello, Aloha. How are you?” before touching down on Oahu and everyone seemed to enjoy the surprise.
