A Wisconsin high school cross country runner pushes her handicapped brother in his wheelchair in every practice and race. Chippewa Falls High School freshman Susan Bergeman and her older brother,Jeffrey, who suffers from cerebral palsy, run with their team at every practice and meet. For now, the state high school sports governing body won’t let them officially compete, but they’ll continue to run in the hopes of making the sport more inclusive.
