The child who was found unresponsive after being left in an SUV for hours has died, and his babysitter now faces a manslaughter charge.

Last week 41-year-old Aimee Cotton of Oak Bluffs pleaded not guilty to assault and reckless endangerment charges but now that the two-year-old has died she's been arraigned on the new charge.

The judge in Edgartown District Court has set bail at 21-thousand-dollars and a probable cause hearing has been scheduled for April 18.
