The Center for Coastal Studies has a new leader.
Anne-Marie Runfola has taken the helm of the Provincetown-based research center.
A Falmouth resident, Rumfola previously served as a senior advisor at NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries and deputy director of the Bronx River Alliance in New York.
Rumfola succeeds Richard Delaney, who is retiring after 17 years; Delaney will continue to work as a fundraiser for the center.
