Chatham's Christmas By The Sea takes place this weekend.
The Children's Light Parade will kick things off Friday evening with Santa leading a procession from Main Street to Sears Park for the annual lighting of the community Christmas tree.
There will be free horse and carriage rides at the town offices parking lot and shops will be open though the evening.
On Saturday there will be a Breakfast with Santa, a screening of "The Grinch" at the Chatham Orpheum Theater and live entertainment along Main Street.
