Housing Prices Increase In Most Cape Communities

The Warren Group out with a new Massachusetts Housing report that shows single family home sales have dipped by more than three and a half percent but median prices have increased by six percent to more than 617 thousand dollars.

The median price of a home in Barnstable is down 13 percent to 810 thousand dollars.

In Bourne, sales were up - so was the median price to 720 thousand dollars.

Dennis saw a drop in the number of sales. Median prices come in at 720 thousand.

Falmouth also saw a small increase in prices to 385 thousand dollars.
