The Barnstable County Sheriff's Office and local police departments are collecting donations to help Hurricane Helene victims in western North Carolina.
Residents can bring items like bottled water, clothes, and baby formula to several police stations across the Cape or to the Sheriff's Office.
In addition, churches and other groups that have collected donations can coordinate with the Sheriff's Office to arrange for their transport.
The donated items will be accepted through Saturday.
