Two alleged drug traffickers have been arrested in Barnstable County.
Over the past several months, local police partnered with the DEA, Massachusetts State Police and the Cape and Islands Detective Unit to identify 23-year-old Johnathan Gomes and 25-year-old Nathaniel Wallace-Gomes as suspects who have been traveling to the Cape to sell fentanyl and cocaine.
The Somerville men were taken into Custody Wednesday and were arraigned in Falmouth District Court on Thursday.
Both men were ordered held without bail for 90-days and Johnathan Gomes will be back in court for a dangerousness hearing on July 18.
