Orleans voters passed a 51-million-dollar budget during Monday's town meeting.
The spending plan includes around 13-million for school budgets, nine-million-dollars for reconstructing Rock Harbor's commercial wharf and 150-thousand-dollars for a new library grant application.
Voters also passed most of the 50 articles on the warrant and defeated an article regarding the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
