The Freetown Police Department says construction screws have been intentionally placed along South Main Street for the past couple of weeks causing damage to vehicles.
Authorities say a local man, identified as Peter Vasconcellos, was arrested for driving with a revoked license and registration.
The Freetown PD is continuing to investigate the incident.
