A man from Bourne has been arrested on charges of assault and threatening after he allegedly first refused to wear a face mask and then coughed on two women.
Edward McGuire turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday.
According to police reports he is also accused of driving dangerously in a restaurant parking lot which was described as a threat to the people who were dining outdoors.
