Two Barnstable County Doctors say they will continue to fight for the right to counsel their patients on their right to die under certain circumstances.
A Superior Court Judge dismissed most of Doctors Alan Steinbach and Roger Kligler suit calling for the right to counsel terminally ill patients in their care in the right to die.
No word on when or where the appeal will be filed.
