A 42 year old Hampton, New Hampshire woman pleading not guilty to Operating Under The Influence charges after allegedly driving over traffic cones blocking a parking lot entrance prior to the Brew Run Road Race in Brewster. Police say the incident happened just as the 12 hundred runners were near the starting line. No one was hurt.
