Alleged Spacey Victim Texted "Help", Other Messages During Incident

A motion filed in Nantucket District Court in March and released last week is providing more insight into the Kevin Spacey sexual assault case. It shows texts sent by the alleged victim to his girlfriend the night he said Spacey assaulted him at a Nantucket bar and restaurant. The texts include the alleged victim saying he "got the autographs and a hell of a story", and asking for help several times. Spacey's attorneys want the cell phone to examine it further but the alleged victim's attorney says it has been lost and is being searched for.
