Olivia H Miller will be having a Meditation workshop in the Main Meeting Room at the Osterville Village Library on Sunday May 4th at 1pm. All are invited to attend this free event.

Welcome Health & Serenity with Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation helps quiet the mind, calm the emotions and promote peacefulness. Its positive effects are well documented: heart and respiration rates slow, blood pressure drops, and physical, emotional and mental symptoms of stress decrease. Experience simple ways to introduce, reintroduce or reinforce the beneficial practice of mindfulness meditation.

Yoga decks will be available for purchase immediately following the workshop.
