The Cape Cod Area Philatelic Group will be at the Osterville Village Library presenting ‘Stamps Throughout History’ on Saturday March 22nd at 1pm in the Main Meeting Room. Learn all about the history of stamps and stamp collecting in this exciting and fun presentation!
