Coronavirus Cases In Massachusetts Decline

Officials say active Covid cases in Massachusetts declined further as the state marked another milestone in the vaccine effort.

There were no new Covid-related fatalities reported on Tuesday. The last time the state did not have any new deaths to report was on June 30th.

Governor Baker met virtually with President Biden Tuesday afternoon to discuss the Coronavirus vaccine.

Baker was one of six governors invited to talk with the president about ways to get more people vaccinated.

Massachusetts is one of three states with over 70% of its adult population at least partially vaccinated.
