MCAS And Other School Testing Likely To Be Abandoned

It appears that there will be no MCAS or any standard testing for Massachusetts schools this year. 

Jeff Reilly is the Education Commissioner at the regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday. 

Reilly says the Trump Administration is expected to issue a waiver for the test at some point this week.

In Massachusetts, the state legislature would have to also approve a waiver for the test because of the pandemic.
