A family from Carver is seeking nearly a million dollars in medical bills after their two year old daughter had her toe cut off going down a slide at Buzzards Bay Water Park.
The accident occurred in July of 2018 and the family contends there was a crack in the vertical part of the slide leading to the accident.
The case has just been filed. We are awaiting a schedule to hear the case.
