Now an East Falmouth woman is suing the Town of Falmouth after she was injured during a game at the community center.
The woman claims that she caught her foot in broken flooring and was injured.
She wants to recoup her medical expenses plus pain and suffering--about 500 thousand dollars.
The woman’s attorney wants a jury trial.
