A pre-trial conference set for September 19th for a Brewster man accused of pulling out a fake gun and threatening people with it.
Jonathan O’Neil pleading not guilty to a variety of charges in district court.
A police report says that O’Neill had just finished loading his boat onto a trailer when a group of people approached the boat and were hanging on it.
That’s when he allegedly produced the replica gun and threatened them. The group suggested that all they wanted was a picture in front of the boat.
